Brooks & Collier Recognized As Best in business
The Best in Business Award Program provides consumers a reliable resource to help guide, identify, select and contact a business or professional based on experience, reputation, integrity, quality and trust.
Consumer feedback is the genesis of our process. In order to be considered for the award, a business or professional must first be nominated by local consumers. A business’ track record of satisfied customers/clients/patients and standing behind its work is usually indicative of the reputation its owner and/or operator has in the community.
Each nominee goes through an extensive selection process, which includes an assessment interview with a Best in Business Award representative. Items ranging from years of experience to customer service procedures are discussed, and specific questions regarding the business’ hiring criteria of its employees, insurance coverage levels and any pending litigation against the company are also addressed.
Once a nominee has been designated as a “recipient” by the Best in Business Award program, know you can call this business or professional with the assurance they are worthy of this notable distinction.
Brooks & Collier Returns to Retail Market with Treats from the Far East
Feb. 21, 2012 – From al.com
Here's how the owner of one of the most traditional businesses in Huntsville prepared for his return to the retail market: a month of buying merchandise in China.
There were also trips to Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia, among other places.
Containers of outdoor wicker furniture were purchased in the Philippines. Tables made of recycled pine came from China.
